Nutritionist - Charlie Bridger

After many years of trying different complimentary therapies and having a period of ill health which conventional medicine could not explain or help, Charlie began studying Nutrition and is a qualified Nutritional Therapist. Discovering the impact of food on our bodies and how our food choices can affect our health was an insight into optimum nutrition and how it can work alongside conventional medicine. Nutritional therapy uses food and nutritional supplements for preventing and treating health conditions. It is designed to treat the body as a whole - curing the causes of problems, not just the symptoms.

There isn’t one specific diet that is ideal for every person, as each person has different needs and requirements based on many factors, such as age, lifestyle and activity level. You will be prescribed a nutritional plan specific for you.

Nutritional supplements are sometimes needed to help rebalance the body, while we work on diet and lifestyle changes. Supplements should usually not be taken long-term, but rather used as a temporary treatment.
