UK Mainland

In general orders are dispatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow us 3-5 working days to receive your package. IF YOUR ORDER IS URGENT please call us on 0208 987 8765 and we will endeavour to get it out as fast as possible.
If your order is going with a Courier (over 2.5kilo) delivery will be between 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Please leave instructions if you want it left safe (or with a neighbour). Where such a request is made, Naturopathic Health & Wellness Centres Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery. If you require it to be delivered before a certain time, please call or contact us - there will be an additional charge for this service.

Overseas

For orders over £200, please contact us as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs.
Please note that all overseas orders with a net value of over £75 will be sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges shown above include the increased costs of using this service.
Please note: We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.

Taxation on Orders Delivered Outside of Europe

Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.
UK purchase tax (VAT) is not charged on such orders.
